Pepperoni ingredients

Ingredients:

wheat flour, water, pork-beef salami pepperoni (11 %) (pork meat, pork fat, beef meat, spice mix [spice extracts (chili, pepper, ground pepper), dextrose, spices (chili, ginger, garlic, ground pepper), antioxidants: sodium ascorbate, rosemary extracts], salt, preservative: sodium nitrite; starter cultures), Mozzarella cheese (10 %), rapeseed oil, edam cheese (4 %), tomato concentrate (4 %), salt, sugar, modified starch, yeast, spices, olive oil.

Product may contain soya, celery, eggs, mustard,fish.

Preparation method:

remove all packaging and place frozen pizza on a shelf of a pre-heated oven to the temperature 180°C-200°C. Bake pizza for about 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and dough becomes golden-brown. Because appliances differ, the above information should be treated as guidelines only.

• at the temperature -6°C – 1 week
• at the temperature -12°C – 1 month
• at the temperature below -18°C – by the end of the minimum durability date provided in the code field on the side of the packaging. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
