The new production plant in Skórcz was opened in September 2020. It is the most modern food processing plant in Poland and in the Central Europe, where vegetables are packed and such product categories as dumplings, ravioli, pizzas and baguettes are produced. In the future, we are also planning to start the production of ready-made dishes. In the new plant we have implemented the most modern and highest quality systems of automation, robotisation, digitalisation and system of production process safety. This will increase the versatility and efficiency of production lines, while maintaining the highest and repeatable quality of manufactured products. It was also very important to us that the new plant should have the least possible impact on the environment. By using appropriately calibrated, energy-efficient machines and drives, we have significantly reduced the energy consumption of production processes. In addition, thanks to highly advanced automation of the production process, we have significantly increased the usability of raw materials. In all our plants, production processes are carried out in accordance with strict international quality standards and all EU requirements, which is confirmed by the certificates we have obtained for many years, i.e. BRC, IFS.
We also have our own microbiological and technical laboratories, which are an integral part of our production plants.
