Pepperoni ingredients

Ingredients:

wheat flour, water, pork ham (11%)(pork meat, water, tomato pulp (11%), pork-beef pepperoni salami (11%) (pork meat, pork fat, beef meat, spice mix [spice extracts (chili, pepper, ground pepper), dextrose, spices (chili, ginger, garlic, ground pepper), acidity regulator: glucono-delta-lactone; antioxidants: sodium ascorbate, rosemary extracts; colour: carmine], salt, preservative: sodium nitrite; starter cultures), Mozzarella cheese (7%), edam cheese (7%), rapeseed oil, margarine (vegetable oils: palm, rapeseed; water, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; aroma, colour: annatto bixin), salt, sugar, modified starch, yeast, spices, sweet pepper extract, natural oregano aroma. Product may contain soya, celery, eggs, mustard.

Preparation method:

remove all packaging and place frozen pizza on a shelf of a pre-heated oven to the temperature 180°C-200°C. Bake pizza for about 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and dough becomes golden-brown. Because appliances differ, the above information should be treated as guidelines only.
